The rapid and flexible self-repairing roll-up door in PVC coated cloth is an ideal solution for quick and continual transits and also an innovative
solution in the field of rapid roll-up doors.
Consisting in several models, it suits all industrial sectors :
- rapid self-repairing door model Dynamic Roll Basic, suitable for a maximum size of 6000 x 5000 h. A door with a PVC coated cloth without
rigid stiffeners as curtain. For internal bays
- rapid self-repairing door model Dynamic Roll Plus, suitable for a maximum size of 6000 x 5000 h. A door with a PVC coated cloth without
rigid stiffeners as curtain. For external bays
- rapid self-repairing door model Frigo 2, made with a double curtain with an interlock between to avoid ice formation.
New in our range of doors is the self-repairing door model Food, made with hard PVC columns with a special plasticization treatment (chemical
and saline solutions totally proof) or a powder coating treatment for the upper casings.
The design base of this kind of doors consists in high density self lubricating plastic guides in which the cogged side edges of the cloth
curtain slide. In case of an occasional impact against the curtain,the cogged side edge comes out from the guide and the curtain is winded
up on a roller. After a while the curtain is automatically self relocated.
All kinds of self-repairing roll-up doors model Dynamic Roll can be provided with emergency batteries for an automatic opening in case of black out.
The rapid roll-up doors Dynamic Roll can be supplied with transparent sections made in PVC cristall, with big-sized transparent areas for high brightness.
All our self-repairing roll-up doors are controlled by a control board (power supply 220 V monophase with inverter) and are intended for
an intensive and non-stop use.
Within our range of special roll-up doors we are able to work out on request doors with high level of insulation with insulated cloth.

The rapid fold-up door is an ideal solution for quick and continual transits.
Consisting in several models, it suits all industrial sectors :
- rapid doors model pack 150, suitable for a maximum size of 6000 x h 5000 with transversal stiffeners
- rapid doors model pack 250, suitable for a maximum size of 9000 x h 7000 with transversal stiffeners
- rapid doors model pack 350, suitable for a maximum size of 12000 x h 7000 with transversal stiffeners and two motors
This kind of rapid doors consists in a u-shaped frame, made in galvanized steel, suited to contain the sliding of the curtain that is folded up by lifting belts which wind on a roller.
All our fold-up doors are controlled by a control board (power supply 380 V three-phase) and are intended for an intensive and non-stop use.
Within the range of special curtain doors we are able to work out on request big-sized doors either for standard bays or for special bays crossed by cranes.
The maximum sized flexible doors are 35 m wide and 18 m high, windload up to 160 km/h. In case of big-sized doors there are aluminum frames instead of steel tubes as stiffeners and the cloth curtain is double.

Boasting all the main basic features of Traffic C, it is sturdy and
untiring, and is suitable to operate very large external entrances. It is
unique as for reliability and safety thanks to its motor and its modular
counterweighted system with rapid semi-automatic reopening facility.
The automation is also sturdy yet compact in size.

Rapid roll-up, full curtain and counterweights
When handling vehicles require frequent crossings, heavy duty, compact size rapid doors are required. Sector rapid roll-up doors not only meet these requirements, but also feature a fully coated frame housing the motor, the control and safety devices and the balancing systems.
In addition to being good value for money, Sector doors also boast a high level of flexibility, ensured by the structure and by the availability of several designs.
